<description>Am intalnit urmatoarea situatie: La un tablou electric de bloc &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;380V -220V am luat o &amp;quot;faza&amp;quot; &amp;nbsp;(una dintre ele si N)si am legat firele la &amp;quot;plus&amp;#039; si la &amp;quot;minus&amp;quot;, direct, la o priza normala.Spre surprinderea mea , cand am masurat cu &amp;quot;creionul &amp;quot; de tensiune borna de la impamantare acesta se aprindea slab, FARA SA FIE LEGAT NICI UN FIR la impamantare.&lt;br /&gt;

Ma gandeam ca e un fel de &amp;quot;inductie&amp;quot;. Totusi , nu pot sa-mi explic fenomenul.</description>
